Lok Sabha polls: AAP leader Mayank Gandhi to contest from Mumbai

After making its stunning debut in the Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party is all set to contest upcoming Lok Sabha polls from Mumbai by fielding its candidate Mayank Gandhi.

Mumbai: After making its stunning debut in the Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is all set to contest upcoming Lok Sabha polls from Mumbai by fielding its candidate Mayank Gandhi.
The AAP leader plans to contest elections from the North-West constituency of Mumbai.

Gandhi`s name will be part of the first list of candidates contesting Lok Sabha elections by January 20.
Earlier, Gandhi had said that party will put up `strong` candidates against NCP leaders in Maharashtra and will defeat them.

However, no mention has been made so far about the number of AAP candidates contesting on 48 Lok Sabha seats.
