Maha Oppn leader mulls privilege move against Pawar

Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Eknath Khadse on Monday said he was planning to bring in a breach of privilege motion against NCP chief Sharad Pawar over the latter "insulting" the House.

Sharad Pawar over the latter "insulting" the House.

"By making baseless allegations about Opposition leaders` so called nexus with builders, Pawar has insulted the House and its members. I am studying the legal angles of the issue
and plan to bring in a privilege motion against Pawar in the House," Khadse said.

"Pawar is worried that his role in the Lavasa hill city scam is being exposed and that is why he is targeting me by making baseless allegations," he said.
