One injured after truck topples on car in Mumbai

Mumbai: One person was injured on Sunday when
a cement-mixer truck toppled on a car in suburban Andheri,
police said.

The truck while taking a turn at a signal on Western
Express Highway lost control and toppled on the car that was
coming from the opposite direction this afternoon, they said.

Four persons travelling in the Innova vehicle had to
be rescued by fire brigade officials.

One of them was rushed to a nearby hospital, the
officials said, adding the remaining three escaped unhurt.

Traffic has now been restored after the accident had
led to minor disruption on Western Express Highway, police
