Mumbai: NCP chief Sharad Pawar would undergo
a procedure to remove mouth infection at a city-based private
hospital this week.
"Pawar would be admitted to the Breach Candy hospital
here and would undergo the procedure to remove infective
granuloma in his mouth on June 9," said director of Prince Aly
Khan hospital Sultan Pradhan, who has been treating Pawar for
last few years.
"The test conducted for oral cancer showed a negative
report. But there is an infection in the mouth, which will be
removed," Pradhan said.
