Maharashtra: There is no permanent friend or enemy in politics. This is what Sanjay Rawat, the editor of Shiv Sena`s mouthpiece Samna, has tried to tell estranged cousins Raj and Uddhav Thackeray.
In an editorial, Rawat has written that Raj and Uddhav Thackeray should now join hands.
According to media reports, Nationalist Congress Party leader and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Chhagan Bhujbal had a few days back urged Raj and Uddhav Thackeray to end their differences and unite for the betterment of Shiv Sena.
Citing the example of Ambani brothers, Rawat has written that if Anil and Mukesh Ambani can come together, then why can’t Thackerays do the same.
“If Thackerays want to unite their family, then those who have gone out of it must come back,” Rawat added.
