Thane: The Thane police Monday booked an RPF Jawan and five of his family members including his parents on the charge of killing his wife, police said.
PI Arun Bhor of Dombivli police station said that RPF Jawan Hemraj Dhanraj Pardeshi(31) was married to one Sarita Pardeshi (25).
Ever since the marriage, the couple used to quarrel with each other and Hemraj and his family members including parents would harass her and demand money.
Last night, her brother in law attacked her with hard and blunt object following which she died, police said adding they have booked Hemraj Pardeshi, his parents, Dhanraj Pardeshi,Parvati Pardeshi, Chamanlal Pardeshi and Ravi Pardeshi.
They have been charged under sections 302,114, 498(a) of the IPC but no arrests were made so far in connection with the case.
