He was speaking at a function at Ambajogai in Beed district last evening. A new building of the Government College of Agriculture was inaugurated by Deshmukh. Agriculture Minister Balasaheb Thorat presided over the function.

Deshmukh further said the State Government should start post-graduate courses in the agricultural colleges. Three agricultural colleges had been established at Badnapur in Jalna district, Ambajogai in Beed district and Osmanabad city under the Marathwada Development Scheme, he said.
