Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray will sound the bugle for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections during a state-wide tour starting Saturday, a party official said.

Mumbai: Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray will sound the bugle for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections during a state-wide tour starting Saturday, a party official said.

During his whirlwind tour, he will go to Buldana and Akola and interact with the Shiv Sena activists who will be engaged in the electioneering work there.

Later Saturday, he will go to Aurangabad and meet representatives of Jalgaon and Raver Lok Sabha constituencies.

On Sunday he will go to Hingoli and Parbhani and guide his party workers in the Nanded and Jalna constituencies.

Thackeray will travel to Amravati Aug 10 and on Aug 16 to Ratnagiri and Kolhapur. He will visit Satara, Pune, Baramati and its neighbourhood on Aug 17 and Thane, Bhiwandi and Palghar Aug 18.

He will go to Ahmednagar Aug 25 and the following day to Nashik and Nandurbar before returning to Mumbai.
