Mumbai: On the occasion of Janmashtami, the famous Dahi-Handi festival, is being celebrated with great enthusiasm across Maharashtra on Thursday.
However, some 'Govindas' in areas like Dadar, Thane have expressed displeasure over Supreme Court order that human pyramids can't go beyond 20 feet during Dahi-Handi festival.
Protesting against the apex court order, the 'Govindas' in Dadar made a 20+ feet pyramid lying on the ground.
The top court has also barred youths below 18 years of age from participating in 'Dahi-Handi' festival in Maharashtra.
