custody by a local court.

The court of Acting Chief Judicial Magistrate remanded
Tapan Mahato and Altaf Hussain to 10 days’ CBI custody.

The CBI had prayed for 14-day remand of Mahato and
Hussain but the court gave them 10 days’ remand.
