New Delhi: Even after receiving 60,000 unique visitors in 20 hours, the creator of the website mocking Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has removed all content from the page.

The website, narendramodiplans.com, had promised a detailed explanation of how Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi plans to run the nation if elected as the Prime Minister. The one-page website with a simple javascript application, showing the smiling BJP leader holding up his fingers in a victory sign, said: "For a detailed explanation of how Mr Narendra Modi plans to run the nation if elected to the house as a Prime Minister and also for his view/perspective on 2002 riots please click the link below".

However, the option button could not be clicked on, and would `run away`, indicating this is a satire on Modi.

On Wednesday morning, the creator had this message on the page: "I quit. In a country with freedom of speech, I assumed that I am allowed to make decent satire on any politician more particularly if it`s constructive. Clearly, I was wrong."
Later, even the message was not shown on the website. The URL led to an error page.

"Apparently, you could make fun of only the leading party like @fakingnews with morphed pics, dirty jokes, cartoon and whatever, but dare you touch the opposition with javascript, they`ll haunt you down," said the creator`s last message.
