Jailed ULFA chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa said all the insurgent outfit leaders including those taking shelter in Bangladesh should be included in the parameters for negotiation.

Guwahati: Jailed ULFA chairman Arabinda
Rajkhowa said Monday all the insurgent outfit leaders including
those taking shelter in Bangladesh should be included in the
parameters for negotiation.

"There is an atmosphere for talks and the government
is giving positive signals but all the leaders taking shelter
in Bangladesh should be included", Rajkhowa told reporters at
the Guwahati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) where he was
brought for routine medical check-up.

The jailed ULFA chief, without naming "commander in
chief" Paresh Baruah, who is known for his anti-talk stance,
said the Bangladesh government should also cooperate in
bringing about the peace talks.

"Now in jail I am not in a position to comment but all
section of the leadership (ULFA) should be involved", he
said.
