Kolkata: Accusing Arvind Kejriwal, who stepped down as Delhi chief minister Friday, of leaving the state in "total confusion", the Trinamool Congress Saturday said he was not even ready to abide by the country`s laws and the constitution.
"Arvind was not prepared to adhere to the constitution and the laws of the land. He himself said he is an anarchist," said party MP Sougata Roy.
Roy said it was a matter of debate whether the Delhi government should have more power.

"But it is clear that he (Kejriwal) left Delhi in total confusion," added the former union minister.
