Bangladeshi held at Indo-Pak border in J&K

A Bangladeshi was arrested while allegedly trying to exfiltrate to Pakistan along the Indo-Pak border in Kanachak area, 20-kms from here, police said on Sunday.

allegedly trying to exfiltrate to Pakistan along the Indo-Pak
border in Kanachak area, 20-kms from here, police said on Sunday.

BSF troops, who were patrolling along the International
Border (IB) in Kanachak area of Jammu, saw a person moving
towards the zero line and challenged him last night, they
said.

He was later arrested by the BSF and was identified as
Rafiq-ul-Islam of Bangladesh.

Troops handed him over to the police for interrogation,
they said, adding nothing incriminating was recovered from his
possession.
