New Delhi: A breakthrough in the deadlock over Lokpal continued to elude Team Anna and government despite hard negotiations with differences persisting over seven issues, including bringing the Prime Minister under its ambit.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh On Wednesday night candidly admitted that the government was in a "bind" from, which it has to come out with "practical and pragmatic" solutions.

Singh's comments came after Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid and three key members of Anna Hazare's team negotiated over Janlokpal Bill and an all-party meeting, where both the Left parties and BJP urged the government to withdraw its Lokpal bill now now before a Parliamentary Standing Committee.

Even as the Prime Minister made these remarks at an Iftar party hosted by him at his residence, the two sides were getting ready for another round of negotiations later tonight at, which the government team would be led by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee and civil society represented by Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan and Kiran Bedi.

The all-party meeting made an appeal to Hazare, whose fast at Ramlila Grounds entered the ninth day today, to call it off. But Hazare maintained that he would not do so.

Sources present at the all-party meeting said, that out of 40 points presented by the civil society in its Janlokpal bill, there was complete agreement on 26, broad agreement on seven and persisting differences on the remaining seven.

The seven points on, which the differences remain include a single law providing for Lokayuktas in states, bringing Prime Minister, higher judiciary and conduct of MPs in Parliament in the ambit of Lokpal, coverage of all civil servants, definition of Lokpal and selection process of Lokpal.

the manmohan singh has proved that he has excellant academic qualification but, educational qualification does`nt make a man good politician. mr yashwant sinha is more better politician than mr. manmohan singh. moreover, time has come to never vote a party who own`s a rubber stamp p.m.

in spite of its limitations the movement is justified on ground that not a single person in the political system is really concerned about the gravity of corruption and somehow or other is involved in one or more corruption cases ,especially those at the helm of power the allies dont have any clear say .they know the kingpin behind all these corruptions but vested interests do not let them speak out, though the country clamours for such unequivocal voices .anna must be sure that the potential supporters to his cause are also always prepred to undergo any sort of investigations to prove their integrity and transparency n not escape it like the desciple of the yogi turned patriot.men of craracter multiplied in number from all sections of society need to unite .but they should not escape their respective working place`s duty.the nation will suffer more. who is threr to do their work?hence do somethig posititivel n quickly so that every responsible citizen gets a vent to express his/her strong support without leaving their working place. to do one`s own share of service hoinestly n sincerely is the greates patriotism the nation requires .along with one must spare at leat two hours everyday to help the cause of producing more n more men and women of chacter.acharacter is built upon ages of effort.so let us first try to be man n along with this make man. be and make-let`s make this our motto.

like serpants indian leaders(read mps) will not do any thing to curb corruption. instead promote it. otherwise if there is an effective law made to deal with corruption and covers mps/pm all of them will be signing themselves into jail.

INDIAN - INDIA
india is lead by three parties. corrupt party (congress), communal party (bjp) and communist party (unbelievers). so all these three parties are good for nothing. congress is interested in corruptions. bjp is interested in communal. communist is interested in communism. so better india have the forth party from the resigned mps. those mps who have resigned in support of anna hazare must form the fourth party (india secular party). all anna hazare supporter will vote the fourth party (india secular party). jai hind.
