Varanasi: Senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi on Saturday alleged that the Centre was overlooking China's intrusive activities on the northern border, and demanded a white paper on national security.
The Chinese activities on northern border are increasing, but the government is not taking any step, Joshi alleged, adding the country faced similar situation in 1962 at the time of Chinese attack.
The official and the military reactions on the issue are entirely different which is creating confusion among public, the local BJP MP told a press conference here.
To a question on Jammu and Kashmir, Joshi claimed that infiltration activities had increased in the state after the Central government removed army from several sensitive spots.
Attacking the Centre on price rise, he said different ministers of the government were giving different reasons for the situation.
