Kolkata: A chargesheet has been filed
against top Maoist leaders including Kishenji for the February
15 Maoist attack on the Eastern Frontier Rifles camp at Sildah,
which left 24 personnel dead in West Midnapore district.
The chargesheet was filed in the Jhargram sub-divisional
court, CID, IG(I) Neeraj Nayan Pandey said on Saturday.
Other leaders like Bikas alias Mansaram Hembram and Jagori
alias Rehana Baske were among the 24 named in the charge
sheet, CID sources said.
Of those named, seven Maoists, Sukhlal Soren, Ransoi
Hansda, Prasanta Patra, Manas Mahato, Ashis Mahato and
Dhritiranjan Mahato, have been arrested and the rest were
absconding, the sources said.
