Tokyo, July 08: On a day when its Left partners withdrew support, the Indian government has received backing from unexpected quarters on the Indo-US nuclear deal.

The Foreign Secretary said on Tuesday that China has expressed its willingness to support the nuclear deal. The development came after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh met Chinese President Hu Jintao earlier this morning in Japan, where he is due to attend the G8 meeting.

China is believed to have expressed its willingness to help India in getting the nuclear deal through the IAEA and the Nuclear Suppliers Group.

It is ironical that the unexpected support from the Communist neighbour came on a day when the government’s Communist partners decided to withdraw support.

I never understand communist. First thing we have democracy. Our constitution dont allow us to be communist. If it comes to equality irrespective of eligibility than it should be communist. If cpm want india to be communist they need to brake democracy. Now communist have no power of 272.sorry to change constitution they need two third. In any case in future if they touch 370 I am telling you these nonsense people will try to finish our democracy and our economy.
