New Delhi: Campaigning for a Christian for the President`s post, a little-known political outfit headed by a former bureaucrat from Tamil Nadu on Saturday announced former Orissa governor MM Rajendran as its candidate for coming Presidential polls.
"We propose the candidature of MM Rajendran, former Governor of Orissa, for the President of India. He was an exemplary Governor and an able administrator," P Sivakami, founder-president of Samuga Samatuva Padai party, told reporters here.
