Ghaziabad: The court trying Utsav Sharma, who attacked murdered teenager Aarushi`s father Rajesh Talwar outside a court here, today ordered to bring him in person before it in connection with a plea filed by the youth`s mother seeking his admission in hospital for mental treatment.

CJM D D Ojha ordered to bring Utsav in person before the court as he want to examine him face to face before giving any direction on the application, his lawyer S P Chaudhry said.

Utsav`s mother Indira Sharma had moved the court on January 28, seeking permission to admit him in hospital for psychiatric treatment.
According to Indira, Utsav is a mental patient and was under treatment.

Utsav, a former student of Ahmedabad`s National Institute of Design, had attacked Rajesh Talwar with a cleaver outside a special CBI court on January 25.
Indira -- a psychiatrist and a professor at the Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU -- also filed a bail application for Utsav`s release.

Both the pleas will be heard tomorrow.
