Ahmedabad: A defamation case has been filed

Rahul Gandhi, based on a report published in a Hindi daily.

The suit was filed yesterday by Gujarat Youth Congress

Also Swamy`s comments, as quoted in the report, amounted
to provoking a class of people among those who believed in the
Congress, he said.

(related to promoting enmity between different groups) and 500
(defamation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
