‘Digvijay suffering from foot in mouth syndrome’

BJP slammed Digvijay Singh for attacking Sri Sri Ravishankar, saying he was suffering from "foot in mouth syndrome".

New Delhi: BJP on Saturday slammed Digvijay Singh
for attacking Sri Sri Ravishankar, saying he was suffering
from "foot in mouth syndrome" and asked Sonia Gandhi and Rahul
Gandhi whether the Congress leader was their spokesperson.

"We demand specific answers from Sonia Gandhi and
preferably from Rahul Gandhi...whether he (Singh) is their
spokesperson. Congress says he is not their mouthpiece, their
spokesperson," BJP spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy told
reporters here.

Rudy recalled a statement of Singh made in December 2010
in which he had reportedly said that whatever he does and
says, he has the blessings of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

He said he would not like to name the "Congress General
Secretary" who is "suffering from foot in mouth syndrome" and
has been "mocking" Baba Ramdev, Anna Hazare and now AOL
founder Sri Sri Ravishankar.

"BJP is constrained to ask this question whether has he
been made the in charge of dirty tricks department of the
Congress party. Or has the topmost leadership in the Congress
party given him the responsibility to raise trivial and
controversial issues to divert the attention of the country
from corruption," he asked.

Rudy claimed by his attacks, Singh was only working
"overtime" to honestly "dig the grave of Congress party."

"Sri Sriji releases Nitin Gadkariji`s book. Advaniji and
Suresh Soniji of RSS on the dais. Sri Sri Ji ko Jai Ho !"
Singh tweeted today.

Ravishankar had released the book here on October 8 with
a call to "spiritualise" politics.
