New Delhi: BJP President Nitin Gadkari
is leaving on a six-day visit to Britain next week during
which he will discuss Indo-British economic cooperation with
industry captains in London.

He will also address a convention of Overseas Friends
of BJP in the British capital on July 16, with the focus on
the fast deteriorating security scenario in South Asia and
Pakistan-sponsored terrorism against India, a party statement
said here.

The party said Gadkari`s interaction with industry
captains assumes significance as BJP-ruled Gujarat, Madhya
Pradesh and Karnataka are hubs of foreign direct investment.

All Party Parliamentary Group on Trade and Investment
with India and Commonwealth Business Forum has also organised
a business meeting with Indian and British industrialists
where Gadkari will invite Indo-British collaborations in the
BJP-ruled states in sectors of mutual interest.
