Govt to make statement in Parliament on Obama visit

Govt will make a statement in Parliament on the visit of Barack Obama to India during which he announced support to New Delhi`s quest for permanent membership of a "reformed" UNSC.

in Parliament on Friday on the visit of US President Barack
Obama to India during which he announced support to New
Delhi`s quest for permanent membership of a "reformed" UN
Security Council (UNSC).

External Affairs Minister S M Krishna will also make a
statement on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh`s recent visits to
Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam and South Korea where he had attended
the G-20 meeting.
