New Delhi: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Saturday said that he had no role to play in the split in Team Anna.
Speaking to Zee News, Ramdev said Anna Hazare took the decision to part ways with Arvind Kejriwal after a lot of contemplation.
He said Hazare would himself explain before the media why he split with Kejriwal, who has decided to form a political party.
Ramdev meanwhile hit out at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, saying he was misleading the nation, His remarks were in context to the PM’s address to the nation yesterday, in which he had defended FDI in retail and hit out at opposition.
The yoga guru said the PM should either rid the country of economic slowdown or step down.
