New Delhi: India could learn from
Israel`s experience to effectively tackle Maoist menace and
strengthen its internal security, BJP president Nitin Gadkari
said on Wednesday.
"Indian states facing Maoist violence could benefit
from the Israeli homeland security systems which have very
advanced technology and sophisticated equipment," Gadkari, on
a six-day "goodwill" visit to Israel, said in a statement.

He urged homeland security services in Israel to
hold presentations in India for states of Chhattisgarh,
Jharkhand and Bihar which are facing the challenge of Naxal
violence.
The BJP president also favoured more joint ventures
between the two countries in the field of agriculture, water
management, irrigation, dairy products and other agro-based
industries.
