New Delhi: The large human resources and
their capability to speak English have given India immense
opportunity to take advantage in different spheres across the
globe, Home Minister P Chidambaram said.
"We have an almost inexhaustible supply of human
resource....I would say we have the capacity to make a large
part of people in India English speaking, good English
speaking, which no other country has," he said while releasing
a book "India inside: The Emerging Innovation Challenge to the
West demographic advantage".
Chidambaram said India should grab the opportunities
available in different spheres across the globe through the
demographic advantage.
"If we will not seize these opportunities and make the
advantages, succeeding generations will not forgive us," he
said.
