Jalandhar: The Centre should discuss the issue of a visa-free corridor from the border town of Dera Baba Nanak in Punjab to Gurdwara Kartarpur Sahib in Pakistan with the neighbouring country`s new Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, SAD leader Kuldeep Singh Wadala said on Thursday.
"Central government should seriously think about solving the issue of a free corridor from Dera Baba Nanak to Sri Kartarpur Sahib as the sentiments of crores of devotees are involved in this," Wadala said at a press conference.
The matter should be taken up on priority basis, he also said on their long-pending demanding of a visa-free passage to the shrine.
