Indore, May 20: Against the backdrop of Jaipur serial
blasts, a senior police officer from the state has arrived
here to collect and share information about banned Students
Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) activists arrested from
here on March 27.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Special Operations Group
(SOG), Jaipur, Devendra Singh arrived here yesterday and
interacted with Inspector General (IG) Indore range Anil Kumar
and Suprintendent of Police (SP) Indore, Anshuman Singh Yadav
to know more about the arrested SIMI activists after the
serial blasts in the Pink city.
Avoiding media persons query, Singh said: "The probe is
being conducted from many angles and therefore help of the
Indore police is also being taken in the matter."
IG Indore said Singh wanted to know the details about
the inquiry report and available evidence.
