good for the cong,but mr jethmalani is a well known hawk in the legal profession. what kts would do in this so-called fake encounter case where an alleged gangster involved in several criminal cases is being treated as a hero by framing the bjp stalwarts to defame modi govt which has done the best in all spheres of the guj state`s developments? the cbi is capable of faking evidence but india`s justice system is also not so easy to win-over.

the way cbi is working in gujarat,( directed by congress ) they should be worked to prevent anti national activities, terrorism, bomb blast also.
unfortunately the cbi does not working properly on that particular issues and the agency is now becoming a congress investigation bureau.

there is dead line from suprem court not from congress, when investing agency arrested innocent from miniorty then this agency is good. are you forget cbi save l.k. advani in babri demoletion then cbi right when arrested amit shah then he wrong.gujrat state developing due to narendra modi is wrong most of gujrati buisnessman earnign money from maharastra and million of rupees transfer from mumbai to gujrat this is fact, why you are dividing indian people for own intrest. jago narrow minded indian.

the timing of arrest is interesting. opposition unitedly raising ``price rise issue`` in parliament congress want to weak the opposition by using cbi. it is a pressure tactics by using cbi and shortly there is a possibility of a ``deal`` between congress-bjp on ``price rise issue`` and we can hear bjp would take mild stand on price rise. the same tactics used against mayavati by using cbi. meanwhile, i am not going into the merit of the case, may be there is substance. but the timing is important and premier investigating agencies like cbi and judiciary is using as a tool to suppress the issue.

the cbi has sold its soul, senior advocate kts tulsi is reported to have commented on february 10, after the central investigating agency, cbi told the supreme court that it acted under the centre’s directive in seeking to bail out samajwadi party chief mulayam singh yadav in the disproportionate assets case.
the observation about the cbi has not surprised the political leadership in the country. but the supreme court admonition of the agency further strengthened the general perception of the common man about the cbi as a willing tool of the establishment. in the last five years, the agency has acquired a dubious distinction, which in popular description has come to be referred to as congress bureau of investigation. this is rather an understatement considering the enthusiasm of the cbi to work as an extended arm of the congress dirty tricks department.
