Kolkata, July 08: The four Left parties, which decided
to withdraw support from the UPA on the nuclear deal issue,
on Tuesday unveiled plans to campaign against the government.
"A series of campaigns will be launched against UPA's
move to operationalise the nuke deal and also the government's
failure to curb inflation," CPI(M) politburo member Biman Bose
told reporters here.
The Left will organise a rally in Delhi on July 14 with
an "intensive" campaign to be launched from July 15 on the
government's "obsession" with the nuclear deal, besides
"failure" to check inflation.
However, the Left will not organise any separate rally in
West Bengal, Bose said.
