Proceedings in the Lok Sabha were delayed by a few minutes in the post-lunch session due to lack of quorum.

New Delhi: Proceedings in the Lok Sabha were
delayed by a few minutes in the post-lunch session due to lack
of quorum.

While the House was to meet at 2.00 pm, the proceedings
began after seven minutes as only a little over 20 members
were present.

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs V
Narayanasamy was seen counting heads and calling members from
the Central Hall.

Even Railway Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata
Banerjee was seen asking about the number of members required
to complete the quorum.
