New Delhi: A National Security Guard (NSG) team is outside the Delhi High Court to pick up evidence after a blast shook the area leaving nine dead.
The post-blast study team comprising bomb experts and forensic investigators of the NSG reached the spot from Manesar in Gurgaon.
The team will brief senior Home Ministry, officials about their assessment later in the day, officials said.
