Jaipur: Terming the killing of the most wanted
man Osama bin Laden as a milestone in the struggle against
terrorism, BJP chief Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday demanded that "hard
action" should be taken against perpetrators of the 26/11
Mumbai terror attacks.

Gadkari said that the accused behind the 26/11 attacks are
roaming freely in Pakistan, and challenged the UPA government
to "catch and take hard action" against such terrorists just
like the US did.

"War against terrorism is not over yet even after the
killing of Osama bin Laden and the global community will have
to take it forward to eradicate the problem from its root.

"Osama`s killing shows that the US did not forget the 9/11
incident for a minute and finally took action," Gadkari said
at a press conference at BJP state office here.

Gadkari, who was on a two-day visit to the city since
yesterday, said that the Congress must also take strong action
against terrorism. He said that Kashmir issue must also be
handled in a national spirit and these kind of issues must not
be linked with vote-bank politics.
