New Delhi: The attack on Agriculture
Minister Sharad Pawar figured in the Cabinet meeting on Thursday.
The New and Renewable Energy Minister Farooq Abdullah
raised the issue during the Cabinet meeting here today
evening. Other Cabinet ministers shared his concern over the
attack on one of their colleagues.
Abdullah also raised the issue of a news channel
showing Cabinet note on FDI in retail which had been
circulated earlier to the members.
The Cabinet ministers have from time to time expressed
their ire over leaking of details of their meetings to the
media. They have not only aired these views but also taken it
up in the Cabinet meetings and demanded that their colleagues
should not share sensitive details of the proceedings.
