PM arrives in MP to dedicate Bina refinery to nation

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived at the Raja Bhoj airport here Friday morning on a day`s visit to Madhya Pradesh, where he will dedicate the oil refinery project at Bina, in Sagar district, to the nation.

arrived at the Raja Bhoj airport here Friday morning on a day`s visit to Madhya Pradesh, where he will dedicate the oil refinery project at Bina, in Sagar district, to the nation.

The PM was welcomed at the airport by State Governor Rameshwar Thakur, State Congress President and Union Minister Kantilal Bhuria and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
Those who accompanied Singh included Congress General
Secretary Digvijay Singh, Union Urban Development Minister
Kamal Nath, Minister of State for Commerce and Industries
Jyotiraditya Scindia and Minister of State for Agriculture
Arun Yadav.

After halting at the airport for 30 minutes, the Prime
Minister left in an IAF helicopter with the Governor and the
Chief Minister for Bina, where he will formally declare the
Indo-Oman Oil Refinery open today.
Digvijay Singh, Kamal Nath, Kantilal Bhuria, Jyotiraditya
Scindia and Arun Yadav also left for Bina by a separate
helicopter.

The PM will also address a Sammelan of Congress workers
from the Bundelkhand region at Bina later in the day.
