Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh: Amid prayers for a miracle by his devotees, Sathya Sai Baba’s health condition continued to be very critical, Friday.

The latest health bulleting issued by the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS) today morning said: “His respiration is supported by ventilator. He is put on CRRT system of dialysis to assist kidney functioning.”

“The response shown to the treatment continues to be minimal by all the vital organs. His heart rate and blood pressure continue to be low and continue to be supported by drugs," it said.

Although the doctors are continuing with round-the-clock treatment, "There is no significant change in his overall condition since yesterday,” the bulletin said.

The 86-year-old Godman is undergoing treatment since March 28.

Meanwhile, thousands of his devotees have begun converging in this town amid reports that the Central Sai Trust, which manages all the institutions started by Baba, may announce ‘Sajeeva Samadhi’.
