Rajinder Singh assumes charge as Air Officer

Air Marshal Rajinder Singh on Thursday took over as Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, IAF.

Bangalore: Air Marshal Rajinder Singh on Thursday took over as Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, IAF here.
On assuming Command, he was presented a Ceremonial Guard of Honour. He later placed a wreath at the War Memorial in remembrance of the Martyrs, an official release said.
The Air Marshal was commissioned in the Indian Air Force in December 1974 in the fighter stream.

During his over 37 year-career in the Air Force, he has flown a variety of combat and trainer aircraft.
