Aurangabad (Bihar): Spiritual leader Sri
Sri Ravishankar on Saturday appealed to Maoists to renounce violence
and join the mainstream for their own well being and that of
the society.
"There can be no solution to problems through
violence ... an atmosphere of peace and brotherhood can indeed
help change the society for the better," he said at a
discourse at Madanpur village.
Ravishankar asked the people to lead a simple life and
renounce Western style of life for their mental and physical
well being and emphasized on regular yoga and meditation in
their day-to-day life.
