Riyadh: An Indian, whose body was found in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah, has been identified by his relatives.
Haneef Muhammad, 62, a mechanical engineer from Kerala, was found charred to death Feb 18 in Jeddah`s Sharafiyah district. His body was identified by his relatives Sunday, the Saudi Gazette reported on Tuesday.
Muhammad`s sister and other relatives said that the body would be buried in Jeddah after completion of the the necessary procedures.
The police have apprehended some people in connection with Muhammad`s murder apparently due to a financial dispute.
