Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Sunday verbally attacked Bharatiya Janata Party and Shiv Sena while also rebuffing Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal.
The former Bihar chief minister, without taking Narendra Modi`s name, said that communal forces have invaded Uttar Pradesh, but would not be allowed to enter Bihar. “We will not let communal forces step inside Bihar,” said Lalu.
Moreover, while taking a potshot at BJP-Shiv Sena alliance in Maharashtra, Lalu said that Shiv Sena is the same party which was involved in an attack on people from Bihar and UP in the state. He further added that the Shiv Sena is a close ally of the BJP.
When asked about AAP`s presence in the Lok Sabha elections, Lalu rebuffed the party and said, “Who is Kejriwal?”
Bihar, which has 40 Lok Sabha constituencies, will go to polls on April 10, April 17, April 24, April 30, April, May 07 and May 12.
In the general election of April–May 2009, the RJD had a disastrous result, dropping down to just 4 seats, all of them in Bihar.
