SC shifts 7 cases against Raj Thackeray to a Delhi court

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday transferred to a Delhi court seven cases registered against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray in Bihar and Jharkhand for his alleged hate speeches against north Indians.

Cases against Thackeray were registered for his alleged inflammatory speeches from January 2008.

A bench comprising Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan and B S Chauhan decided to transfer all proceedings relating to those cases to a Tis Hazari court after the counsel of all the parties consented to it.

Out of the seven cases, five were registered in Jharkhand and two in Bihar by different individuals.

Thackeray had sought transfer of all the cases to one place.

Nothing would happen unless govt is willing to take any action against him. As rightly said by Mr Abu Azmi he is ILLICIT son of Congress and Cong is there in Delhi and Maharashtra as well. So people dont react just keep on accepting whatever he and his men says and does because what they do is Rule there is no such Constitution for them. Mr. Raj you are a BLOT on this country. Mr. Raj why don`t you speak about Terrorism , inflation anytime. So poeple you all are fool if you are following Raj`s word blindly. He just want to gain Poliotical mileage nothing else

Don`t afraid of Delhi, take it all easy, you know this Delhi is most corrupt place in the world, just last week only they allowed to escape three terrorist. Give them message Delhi and India is free place to move all even terrorist. Send message to countrymen `Till we have corrupt PPP, not Pakistan People Party but Indian people, police and politician ``All izz well!``

Dear Mr Raj Thackrey, Pls dont be afraid of coming to delhi for hearing of these court cases, because we north indian are very nice , we will welcome you in delhi just to give you a message that India belongs to every body and any body can move and live anywhere in India.So you also stop this dirty politics of hatred, because if you dont stop this goonda raj, next to next time you come to delhi for your court case, hum north indians tujhe delhi se UP, UP se Bihar or Bihar se Bombay tak marte hue le jayenge.Sudhar Jao Raj varna pitoge and become a good Indian.
