Sena wants case against Bhushan for J&K comments

Shiv Sena held protest against Prashant Bhushan and demanded registering of a case against him for advocating plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir.

Jammu: Shiv Sena on Thursday held protest against
Supreme Court advocate Prashant Bhushan and demanded
registering of a case against him for advocating plebiscite in
Jammu and Kashmir.
"We demand registration of FIR against Bhushan and
arresting him for his Kashmir comment," Shiv Sena state unit
chief Ashok Gupta told reporters here.

He said Bhushan`s statement boosts the moral of
separatists, terrorists and anti-national elements in J&K.

Bhushan had said in Varanasi last week that there could
be a plebiscite in Kashmir.
Gupta also said that Anna Hazare should explain the
sensitive comments made by his team member about Kashmir.

Bhushan was yesterday assaulted by three youths belonging
to a right-wing group in his Supreme Court chamber for
advocating plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir.
