Sharad Pawar will leave UPA for NDA: Shiv Sena

New Delhi/Mumbai: Senior Shiv Sena leader Manohar Joshi on Tuesday added fuel to the fire in the ongoing tussle between the NCP and the Congress by claiming that Sharad Pawar may quit the UPA and join the opposition NDA alliance.

Joshi said, “Sharad Pawar will come along with NDA someday. The NDA should be expanded; efforts should be made in this direction.”

Joshi’s comments gains importance as it comes at a time when there has been noticeable friction in the NCP-Congress relationship. The reasons are said to be many: UPA not giving number two slot in the cabinet to Pawar, Maharashtra CM Prithviraj Chavan going after NCP ministers etc.

Yesterday, Pawar had even skipped the luncheon hosted by Sonia Gandhi for UPA allies and other supporting parties.

Expectedly, NCP has rubbished Joshi’s claims. The party said, “If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.”

shiv sena is playing such a dirty politics as they want to come in power is state they are pulling pawar and will ask NDA to make him minister in central so that bjp, shivsena and ncp would reach the height of corruption in state as well as in centre

Sharad Pawar is one of the most astute Politicians India has at the moment.And v.v.successful at that.More over he is very highly respected by both Sonia and the Prime Minister.All the three have good repo with one another. Mr.Pawar should know it very well that he will find himself out of place in NDA.If he does what Manohar Joshi wants him to do,He will be doing that at his peril.

Sonia lhosts lunch for the rich. When will she host lunch for the poor? Or doesn`t she care a bit about the poor? Many rich people really hate the poor. It would not surprise me if Sonia is one of them. Rahul sleeps in a poor woman`s hut, but never invites her in his home, because he feels his house will be polluted if she enters it. So much for caring for the poor.
