Team Anna calls for public support for July 25 indefinite fast

Faridabad: Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal on Friday appealed to public to support its indefinite fast at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi from July 25 against the UPA government on the issue of corruption.

"I appeal to all of you to gather in large number at Jantar Mantar to support our fight against corruption," Kejriwal said at a public meeting by Team Anna to drum up support for its indefinite fast.

He said, "The prevailing resentment among public against corruption will become hard to deal with for the government in times to come."

He alleged that the government is afraid of bringing in the strong Jan Lokpal Bill (Citizen's ombudsman Bill) as 15 of its 34 ministers are facing corruption charges.

Team Anna had announced the indefinite protest against the UPA government and its failure to enact a strong Lokpal as well as not setting up a Special Investigation Team to probe corruption charges against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his 14 Cabinet colleagues.

Anna Team must shift its focus from Corrupt Ministers to Corrupt Government Officers due to Common People are more harassed by the Government Officers then Ministers. Common People don’t feel the pain what Ministers are giving but Common People feel the pain what Government Officers are giving. They are torturing like we are criminals. If we go for any work to be done from them, they ask money, actually it is free of cost. If we don’t give Bribe or talk loudly with them, they don’t do our work. Delaying for years is normal for them. Nobody is there to ask them. Common people don’t go to complain. So Jan Lokpal Bill or Lokayukta must have power to investigate by his own will instead of waiting for the Complaint.

Annaji’s effort will not bear fruit as far as BJP is Optional. Minority will Vote Congress if there is no Option available. Annaji must give Option. Minority Says “Corruption is Better than Communalism”. Also Secular Hindus don’t want Communal Problems and so they also Vote Congress. So if Annaji want to wipe out Corruptions from India then Annaji should form a Fourth Front (Non-Congress, Non-BJP and Non-Communist). Minorities, Dalits and Secular Hindu Votes will go for Annaji’s Secular Party. Annaji’s Secular Party’s Candidates must be from all Religion (Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Dalits, Sikhs and Hindus).

Anna Ji whole Nation respect you but you need to take strict action against corruption. If you expose openly Congress leders then you team must expose another party`s leaders openly as BJP,SP,BSP also. All leaders are corrupt in every party. Only 1% politicians are honest. VANDE MATARAM!

Annaji please be abstain from such doing as people are not interested in these affairs as they were earlier i.e. one year before. This is because of ur direct criticism 2 congress by taking names of some UPA ministers in public meeting. People would have kept u at same position if u had proved ur tolerance by going through nonviolence means.
