New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid on Thursday said the arrest of Indian Mujahideen mastermind Yasin Bhatkal has given satisfaction to India.
“We do not want to brag too much about Bhatkal’s arrest. There is still a long list of wanted people that India wants...this will give India satisfaction,” Khurshid said.
“Terrorists cannot hide anywhere now...they had many safe grounds till date, but now mentality has changed...waited for this for a long time,” he added.
Bhatkal was arrested from the Indo-Nepal border yesterday night and is currently under the custody of Bihar Police.
30-year-old Bhatkal was one of the founding members of Indian Mujahideen, the terror group that is blamed for multiple terror attacks in the country that left hundreds dead.
