New Delhi: In an embarrassment to the Delhi
police, a special court today discharged two associates of a
suspected HuJI militant for lack of evidence of waging war
against the country and other offences.
Additional Sessions Judge K S Mohi let off Jalaluddin
alias Babu Bhai, who was also allegedly involved in bomb
blasts at Varanasi in 2006. The other person discharged was
Nazrul Islam.
