Chennai: MDMK chief Vaiko on Tuesday termed as shocking a Sri Lankan official's claim about New Delhi's backing of Colombo in the ongoing UNHRC session and urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh not to support it.

"It is shocking that Mahinda Samarasinghe, the chief Lankan negotiator, has stated that India will support Sri Lanka in the crucial voting at the ongoing session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) at Geneva," Vaiko said in a letter to Singh.

Samrasinghe, who is leading the Lankan delegation at the UNHRC, had earlier claimed that Sri Lanka has received India's full backing against the US sponsored motion on alleged human rights abuses by its army during the war against LTTE.

Vaiko said India's envoy to Sri Lanka had also reportedly assured President Mahinda Rajapakse of New Delhi's support.

"If it is true, that will be the ever unpardonable betrayal by the Indian Government against the Tamils of Sri Lanka.

"I would request you that the Indian government should not support the racist Sri Lankan Government in the UNHRC in Geneva," Vaiko, who has been consistently charging the Congress-led UPA with aiding Colombo militarily in its fight against LTTE, said.

Bhatiya Perera is an agent of the allegd war criminal Rajapakse regime and the US should kick him out for denying human rights, fundamental rights, transparency, accountability and justice to be Tamils. This clearly shows the Sinhala racist Buddhist Partheid mindset that does not believe in pluralism, equality, social justice and respect for mankind. This is the race only available in Sri Lanka and the past events show the world about these cruel people. Over 100 million Tamils are living all over the world peacefully, and several senior ministers in Singapore are Tamils from Eelam origin, thousands of Tamils academics and professional are in the US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, India and Australia. Sinhalese only believe in violence, robbery, murder, rape and brutality and Bhatiya Perera is confirming their nature!

Archbishop Desmond Tutu, chair of The Elders said: “The government of Sri Lanka needs to show a much greater commitment to achieving meaningful reconciliation. The ongoing persecution and disappearances of human rights activists, journalists and government opponents is truly terrifying. “Unfortunately, previous internal commissions have done little to reveal the truth behind human rights abuses. It is doubtful that the President’s ‘Lessons Learned and Reconciliation Commission’ will help Sri Lankans to work towards lasting peace and reconciliation.”

This person is a Joker in Indian Politics. I am sure no one would listen to his racial request. He wanted to create a separate state in India after his friend Pirapaharan achieved what they thought of being capable of. They suffered their lifetime lost at the hand of SL government with full backing of India. Indian central government is well aware of his ulterior motive behind his hatred towards SL. This person has to live with his entire life without fulfilling his wild dream. I am sorry loser.

If their hands were clean then why are these srilanka state terrorism regime thugs so afraid about this UNHRC resolution ? There is nothing new in the resolution, it is only about the recommandation of LLRC which was arranged by the regime itself. India already has more Eelam Tamil`s blood in it`s hand than even srilanka state terrorism. If India don`t support the resolution in UNHRC then it will be shame for the people of nation of Mahatma Gandi.
