New Delhi: Union minister Kapil Sibal on Saturday came out all guns blazing against Arvind Kejriwal and dared the Delhi Chief Minister to prove the allegations of corruption heaped on him.
Responding to his name featuring in Kejriwal`s list of corrupt politicians, Sibal said, “It is surprising that a CM is making such baseless allegations.”

Ye ghatiya aur chhoti tareh ki rajneeti kar rahe hain (This is politics of the lowest order).”

And challenging the AAP leader to prove the allegations made by him, Sibal said, “I am giving Kejriwal two days, if he shows proof of me being corrupt then I will resign and quit politics.”

Questioning Kejriwal`s methods, he said, “I come from a poor refugee family and have worked my way till where I am right now. Who is Kejriwal to malign me like this?”

Sibal threatened to file a defamation suit against the Delhi CM, and retorting to his allegations, said, “Who are you? A judge? A prosecutor? You are calling my 30-year political career corrupt? I will file a defamation suit.”

The Law Minister said he had sent a notice to Kejriwal and the AAP over the matter, “No one in the world except Kejriwal has made corruption allegations against me. I have sent a notice to him and AAP.”
The Delhi CM had on Friday listed out names of `India`s most corrupt`, which included Union ministers and leaders from all political parties.

Listing out the names, Kejriwal said corrupt netas like Suresh Kalmadi, Nitin Gadkari, Sushilkumar Shinde, BS Yeddyurappa, Kapil Sibal, Mulayam Singh, Kamal Nath, Veerappa Moily, Ananth Kumar, Anurag Thakur, Sharad Pawar, Praful Patel, P Chidambaram, Alagari, Kanimozhi, A Raja, Tarun Gogoi, Mayawati, Naveen Jindal etc have to be defeated.
