Washington: Facebook CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg on Wednesday celebrated Diwali with his wife Priscilla in the US.
The Facebook founder said he missed being in India this year as he shared the above photo and wished his Indian fans on the festival via a post on the social network site.
“I missed being in India for Diwali this year, but here's a picture of Priscilla and me at our good friends' wedding in Goa a few years ago. Happy Diwali everyone!
“ It's the start of Diwali, the Festival of Lights -- when people light candles and fireworks to signify the victory of good over evil,” Zuckerberg said.
“It's a moment of celebration for people in India and communities all over the world,” he added.
Zuckerberg, who was on a visit to India in late October, held a townhall Q&A session at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi (IIT-Delhi).
